CAPTIVE WILD WOMAN (1943) might rank as one of Universal's B-Grade horror offerings but it did introduce the world to the wooden wonder of Aquanetta. Corrigan gets to snort up a storm as an ape with an eye for the Frank Buck type male lead in the picture - mad science transforms the beast into a broad and havoc ensues. A fun film with some great appearances from the lovely Evelyn Ankers and John Carradine.
